1. Who We Are

Any Best, Inc. ("Any Best," "we," "us") operates any-best.com, a free marketplace that connects homeowners with independent home service professionals. We are a marketing and lead generation company: when you request quotes or call a number on this site, we transmit your request to service providers and marketing partners so they can contact you about your project. This Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact and request details you provide: name, email, phone number, property address and ZIP code, project type, timeline, and any details you enter in a form or provide on a call.
• Call data: when you call a tracking number on this site, we and our call-routing vendors collect your phone number, call time and duration, and — where permitted and disclosed — call recordings.
• Consent records: the consent language shown to you, a timestamp, the page URL, and independent consent-verification tokens (e.g., TrustedForm, Jornaya LeadiD).
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Information from partners: advertising networks and analytics providers may supply campaign data (e.g., which ad brought you here).

3. How We Use Information

• To match your request with independent service professionals and deliver it to them so they can contact you;
• To operate, secure, and improve the site and measure ad performance;
• To communicate with you about your request, including by phone, text, and email where you have consented;
• To document and honor your consent choices and opt-outs;
• To comply with law, enforce our Terms, and prevent fraud and abuse.

4. How We Share Information (Including "Sale" or "Sharing")

Because connecting you with providers is the service, sharing your request is core to how Any Best works. We disclose personal information to:

• Service providers and network partners — up to 4 independent contractors, home service companies, or partner networks matched to your request (see our Marketing Partners page);
• Vendors that support our operations — hosting, analytics, call tracking and routing, consent verification, email/SMS delivery, and fraud prevention;
• Legal recipients where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety;
• Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Under some state laws (including California), transferring lead information to partners for consideration may be considered a "sale" of personal information, and cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered "sharing." You can opt out at any time via Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

5. Calls, Texts & Call Recording

If you provide a phone number and consent on a form, you agree that Any Best and matched partners may contact you by phone or text (including using automated technology, AI-generated, or prerecorded voice) about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can always call us directly instead. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use our Opt-Out page. Calls to or from Any Best and its partners may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and compliance. Where state law requires all-party consent, you will hear a disclosure at the start of the call; continuing the call constitutes consent.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies (site function), analytics cookies (usage statistics), and marketing cookies (ad measurement and relevance). Manage preferences via the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer or see the Cookie Policy. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing where required by law.

7. Your US State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and others), you may have the right to:

• Know/Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
• Portability — receive a copy in a usable format;
• Non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, submit a request via the privacy request form, email privacy@any-best.com, or call (888) 265-7044. We will verify your identity using the information you provide, respond within the time required by your state's law (generally 45 days), and you may use an authorized agent. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with "Appeal" in the subject line.

8. California Notice at Collection (CCPA/CPRA)

In the preceding 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); customer records (address, project details); commercial information (service requests); internet activity (browsing interactions); geolocation (ZIP/approximate); audio (call recordings); and inferences (service interests). Sources: you, your device, and advertising partners. Business purposes: as described in Section 3. We disclose, and may "sell" or "share," identifiers, customer records, commercial information, and internet activity to the recipients in Section 4. Retention: see Section 9. California residents may also request information about disclosures for direct marketing under Civil Code §1798.83 ("Shine the Light").

9. Data Retention & Security

We retain lead and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and to demonstrate compliance (consent documentation is generally retained for at least five years, consistent with TCPA record-keeping practice), then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data we handle; no internet transmission is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@any-best.com and we will delete it.
