1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Any Best, Inc. ("Any Best," "we"). By using any-best.com, submitting a request, or calling a number on this site, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use this service.

2. What Any Best Is (and Isn't)

Any Best is a marketing and lead generation service. We connect homeowners with independent third-party contractors and service providers ("Providers"). We are not a contractor, broker, or agent of any Provider; we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work; and we do not endorse any particular Provider. Any contract for services is solely between you and the Provider you choose. References to "vetted" or "verified" Providers describe onboarding screening only and are not a warranty — always independently confirm licensing, insurance, and references before hiring (our homeowner guide shows you how).

3. Consent to Be Contacted

When you submit a request with your phone number and check the consent box, you provide your electronic signature and prior express written consent for Any Best and up to 4 matched Providers or partner companies to contact you at that number by phone and text — including via automatic telephone dialing systems and artificial, AI-generated, or prerecorded voice — and by email, about your request and related offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you may request quotes instead by calling (888) 265-7044. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to stop, HELP for help. You can revoke consent at any time via our Opt-Out page or by any reasonable method. Calls may be monitored or recorded.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current information and only submit requests for properties you own or are authorized to manage;
  • Do not submit requests on behalf of others without their consent;
  • Do not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or to harvest data, scrape, or interfere with operation;
  • Independently evaluate any Provider before hiring, including license and insurance verification.

5. Estimates and Content

Cost figures, calculators, guides, and articles on this site are general information — national ballparks, not quotes, bids, or professional advice. Actual pricing depends on your location, project scope, materials, and the Provider you select. Content is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The site, including text, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by Any Best, Inc. or its licensors and protected by law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ANY BEST MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY PROVIDER, INCLUDING THEIR QUALITY, SAFETY, LICENSING, PRICING, TIMELINESS, OR WORKMANSHIP. YOU HIRE PROVIDERS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY BEST AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM WORK PERFORMED BY ANY PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Any Best harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any Provider.

10. Dispute Resolution — Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Please read carefully. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Any Best each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing network@any-best.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

11. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except as preempted by federal law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
